Carl Larsson 2009 Wall Calendar

Shortly after their marriage, Carl Larsson (Swedish, 1853 1919) and his wife, artist Karin Bergöö, settled into a small cottage and soon filled it with eight children. Larsson delighted in chronicling scenes of their domestic bliss and their outings to the fields, woods, and waterways surrounding the home, as seen in this calendar s twelve bright and cheerful images, among them My Eldest Daughter, Breakfast in the Open, and A Pleasant Bathing Place.
