World Cinema: Diary Of A Day

In honor of the 100th anniversary of the cinema, the British Film Institute invited more than a thousand filmmakers to submit a short diary entry about their activities on a single day--June 10, 1993. These entries, compiled and edited by film critic Peter Cowie, form one of the most unique anthologies of world cinema ever compiled. Reading about the simultaneous activities of so many film artists at every stage of film production is an extraordinary experience.
