Padre Island National Seashore

Padre Island National Seashore on the south Texas coast preserves eighty miles of white sand-and-shell beaches, windswept dunes, wild grasslands, tidal flats teeming with life, and warm offshore waters. The park on the Gulf Coast of Texas is America's longest barrier island, and boasts the greatest stretch of undeveloped coastal wilderness in the continental United States.
