Chalktalks: Draw, Cut & Tell Stories

Chalktalks helps caregivers with new ways to encourage language development in young children. It is a translation of the English version. A story's sequence of action is revealed on the chalkboard, posterboard, paper, sand, etc. through connecting lines and shapes which develop throughout the story. You actually draw as you tell the story and the finished drawing makes the point of the story. It does not take artistic talent. The young child learns how to retell the story. Their own creativity can help to enrich the story.
