I wrote this book to let people who are living with chronic hip degeneration know there is a way to rid themselves from the pain. I call it a modern-day miracle, the hip replacement. This book takes the reader through the time leading up to the decision to have the surgery. It takes you through the surgery, and shows what the surgery actually entails. There is a diary of both stays in the hospital after my hip replacements. I tell you what to expect while convalescing, what financial burdens you need to think about, and finally, there is a complete section of exercises that I used to get back into shape for a new life.
