Fly, Greyhound Racer

Fly, Greyhound Racer is not an Encyclopedia, but a wonderful fantasy for children, who will find it as a fun read! If you want a resource about the sport of Greyhound racing, then I suggest to search for a book written by an expert in the field. I am Fly's mom. I am up with her everyday, early, to take her for her morning walk. I feed and care for my greyhound dog when she is feeling great and when she is not feeling well. She has been a member of our family for over six years. I wrote this story about her. Readers will learn she loves people and doing what she was taught to do: run like the wind on a sandy track with her fellow greyhound athletes. Everyone who meets her learns that she is a funny and very loving dog who is eager to help her friends and do the best she can everyday. There are several black and white photographs of Fly taken by my then 12-year-old daughter.
